Just did 200 of my 300 daily jumping jacks now instead of tonight because when I get home from work I’ll be exhausted to I’ll only do 100 tonight instead, it makes it a lot easier. I’ve also done 50 of my 100 squats. Went for a 35 min walk today (I wasn’t feeling very motivated) and so far I’ve had about 250/300 calories so I should be sweet for tonight.
